Navigating the Complexities of Coach Bookings

As the supervisor of the Long Distance Coach Operations Team, my daily responsibility is to book coaches for all of our tours throughout Europe. My primary task is to ensure that my team identifies the best available options for each tour, taking into account all client requests and market-specific requirements. Every day is different for us - we gladly face the challenges involved with ensuring that we meet the needs of our clients, our partners, and all local regulations. I enjoy the challenge of multitasking, and I'm most satisfied when I can successfully solve problems and satisfy both parties: our groups and our partner coach companies.

I discovered my passion for tourism at the age of 12 and have always envisioned a career where I can assist individuals in exploring new countries and cities, unlocking the wonders of travel. Prior to the pandemic, I had always believed in the enduring nature of travel, so it was deeply upsetting to witness the global standstill.

My open personality and natural ability to connect with others make it effortless for me to inspire and motivate them. The travel industry, known for its dynamic and ever-evolving nature, is an ideal fit for my thirst for learning and adaptation. I embrace the ever-changing nature of the travel industry and am eager to learn new things while adapting to inevitable changes.

It was a truly humbling moment to experience "Together We Achieve More" during the awards ceremony. Our success was driven by our deep understanding of the market and the requirements of our clients. I am grateful for the unwavering support of my manager and team members. The Balkans: The Hidden Gems in Europe

The Balkan region holds a special place in my heart, and I find immense joy in discovering the hidden gems of these nations. I highly recommend that everyone embark on a journey to this often-overlooked part of Europe and immerse themselves in its captivating beauty. My favourites among these countries include Bulgaria, Serbia, Greece, and North Macedonia.

In my free time, I travel a lot with my family or friends. My ideal holiday, my Perfect Moment, is to go on a hiking tour amidst the breathtaking beauty of nature.
