Navigating the Complexities of Coach Bookings

As the supervisor of the Long Distance Coach Operations Team, my daily responsibility is to book coaches for all of our tours throughout Europe. My primary task is to ensure that my team identifies the best available options for each tour, taking into account all client requests and market-specific requirements. Every day is different for us - we gladly face the challenges involved with ensuring that we meet the needs of our clients, our partners, and all local regulations. I enjoy the challenge of multitasking, and I'm most satisfied when I can successfully solve problems and satisfy both parties: our groups and our partner coach companies.

The Balkan region holds a special place in my heart, and I find immense joy in discovering the hidden gems of these nations. I highly recommend that everyone embark on a journey to this often-overlooked part of Europe and immerse themselves in its captivating beauty. My favourites among these countries include Bulgaria, Serbia, Greece, and North Macedonia.

In my free time, I travel a lot with my family or friends. My ideal holiday, my Perfect Moment, is to go on a hiking tour amidst the breathtaking beauty of nature.
