‘Partners’ is completely free to users and is designed in a human-centric way, meaning it is very intuitive, simple and accessible, but also, it will continue to evolve based on their needs – bringing them all the information and features partners of Kuoni Tumlare could ever want.

‘Partners’ for Suppliers

For our suppliers that deliver exquisite services to travellers during their trip – such as restaurants, guides, transport providers, hotels, galleries, museums and more – we have the dedicated online ‘Partners’ portal that brings the latest information to our suppliers, at any time.

They can respond to bookings in a single click and send us important details within each booking, saving them time and effort when corresponding with us.

This platform provides a myriad of features:

  • Quick responses – by providing simple response buttons and having all the information in one place, we’ve made the booking process super-efficient for our partners.
  • Self-service information – partners can find the answers to their questions and information they need easily, anytime in the portal.
  • Paper-free confirmed bookings – our partners do not need to print confirmed bookings from emails any longer, as they now have them available conveniently online.

‘Partners’ for Tour Leaders

Our tool for our fantastic tour leaders and escorts who join our travellers during their trip enables them to go paper-free, by using a custom-made mobile application.

Tour leaders can run their tour with confidence knowing, the application has all their needs in one place.

The mobile application provides a wide range of features:

  • Paper-free itineraries – no more printed itineraries that get wet in the rain. Their digital itinerary saves costs and most importantly makes a positive impact to combat deforestation.
  • Always up-to-date – ready for anything, the application's digital itinerary updates in real-time with the latest information
  • Support enabled – service provider and customer support contacts are available in the application, including chat-like messaging support, meaning it’s quick and easy to stay connected.
  • Available both online and offline – the app adapts to times when our tour leaders may not have Wi-Fi or connectivity, with offline itinerary and vouchers, there is no impact on the tour.
