Creating memorable experiences has always been my primary goal, and I continue to learn from my clients each day. Especially in today's times, our clients have become even more demanding than before the pandemic, which has further motivated me to enhance my skills. With that being said, I am more than happy to share my experiences and knowledge with both my teammates and clients.
WHY TRAVEL?
Embracing My Passion
I grew up in a country where tourism plays a vital role in the economy. This exposure made me realise the significance of travel for people from all walks of life, which is why I made the decision to pursue a career in the tourism industry. Moreover, during my time at university, I discovered my passion for the MICE sector, and it became evident to me that this is where I truly want to develop and advance my career.

The WCGIC 2022 congress surpassed all our expectations, especially as it marked the first post-pandemic edition. Initially, we were all concerned about the final attendance numbers. However, in the end, our clients attended the congress with confidence.
The period leading up to the 2022 congress was truly challenging for us, as the 2020 and 2021 editions had to be cancelled. During that time, we worked tirelessly alongside our partners to renegotiate and transfer the deposits paid by our clients from one year to the other. Thankfully, we successfully managed to facilitate this process, and our clients had credit available for use during the 2022 edition. This agility ensured that no one lost their deposits, and our clients expressed immense gratitude for our efforts. The success of WCGIC 2022 is a testament to the dedication and resilience of our team and partners.
