Here you can find answers to your questions regarding Partners web app. In case you don’t find your answer here, you can contact us for more information.

Please enter the main email address that you use to communicate with Kuoni Tumlare (it’s the same one that booking requests are sent to) or that you used to register.

Please check your email inbox for an invitation email, where you can create your password. It may be in your junk/spam folder.

If you have previously registered and successfully signed in to Partners, please contact technical support at partners@kuonitumlare.com.

Go to https://partners.kuonitumlare.com and select 'Forgot password?'. Enter the email address you use to log into Partners, and we will send you a link to create a new password.

To get started with Partners for Suppliers please go to https://partners.kuonitumlare.com to sign-up. Use the main email address that you use to communicate with Kuoni Tumlare. It’s the same address where you receive booking requests. Once registered, you'll be invited by email to set up your supplier account. If we do not recognise your email address, please contact your Kuoni Tumlare representative.

No. Partners is completely free to use for suppliers of Kuoni Tumlare.

Yes, a shared email account can be used as your Partners login, however, you will also need to share one password.

Booking requests will continue to be sent to your main email account as before.

Yes, we recommend individual email addresses are used. Please advise your Kuoni Tumlare representative of each name and email address of individuals you would like added to your supplier account.

Yes, multiple contracts can be linked to one Partners account. You'll have the ability to switch to each contract from a simple dropdown menu.

Partners for Suppliers shows confirmed and historic business with Kuoni Tumlare for its group tours. If a booking is cancelled or you rejected it, the booking will be removed from your view.

Use the reference search or date selector under your 'Upcoming bookings' to search for historical tours.

If you do have a confirmed or completed group tour booking that cannot be found, please contact partners@kuonitumlare.com with the booking reference number.

Currently, only group tours are connected with Partners, but we're working on it.

Not sure if you have a group, FIT or TDS booking?

How to identify a FIT booking:
If your tour reference is 12-digits long (3 letters and 9 numbers) starting with UBU and the 6th digit is either a 4, 6, 7 or 8, then this would be a FIT booking.

How to identify a TDS booking:
You can easily identify TDS business as they have a shorter tour reference of only 10 digits (3 letters and 7 numbers). These are not available in Partners.

You can easily request a change to a booking by selecting 'Write to us' under the 'Your actions' section in an open booking. Please detail your request in the text box. It will be sent to the Kuoni Tumlare representative that sent you the booking.

Currently it is only possible to add booking information via your Kuoni Tumlare representative. Please let them know by selecting 'Reply to us' or 'Write us a message' within your booking in Partners.

Partners is currently only supported in English.

Currently all users have the same view in Partners. You can ask for multiple users to be added to your account, however, please note that all of your bookings and actions will be visible.

We are continuing to work on this feature.

You can request to cancel a booking by selecting 'Write to us' under the 'Your actions' section in an open booking. Please detail your request to cancel clearly in the text box. It will be sent to the Kuoni Tumlare representative that sent you the booking, who will process your request.

Tour leaders assigned by Kuoni Tumlare and its partners can view their specific and limited tour details needed in order to operate their tours via the Kuoni Tumlare TourGuide app.

Tour leaders will have your booking in their itinerary, along with any relevant information, booking references, and contact details.

You can ask questions by selecting 'Write to us' under the 'Your actions' section in an open booking. It will be sent to the Kuoni Tumlare representative that sent you the booking.

To find previous tours, you can use the search box to search by tour reference number or find a specific date in the calendar under 'Upcoming bookings' in the 'Bookings' overview page.

If you do have a confirmed or completed group booking that cannot be found, please contact partners@kuonitumlare.com with the booking reference number.

Write to us by selecting the Reply symbol, clicking 'Reply to us' or 'Write us a message' and include any additional information you'd like to add.

Partners portal is only available to manage your group bookings with Kuoni Tumlare. Currently, there isn’t the option to sync with any third-party calendars, therefore, you’d have to manage this within your systems.

Partners does provide a convenient dashboard of all your new, upcoming and historical bookings, so it should be easier for you to cross-check the bookings with us.
