1. Where do I log in to Partners?
You can log into Partners at https://partners.kuonitumlare.com
2. My email address isn't working or isn’t recognised. How do I log in?

Please use the main email address you use to communicate with Kuoni Tumlare —this is typically the same address where booking requests are sent.

Check your inbox for an invitation email to create your password. If you can’t find it, check your spam or junk folder.

If you haven’t received an invitation or need an alternative account created, please contact your Kuoni Tumlare representative.

If you've previously registered and are still unable to log in, contact technical support at partners@kuonitumlare.com.
 

3. I've received an error message when logging in, what should I do?
Try closing and reopening the page at https://partners.kuonitumlare.com. If the issue persists, please contact technical support at partners@kuonitumlare.com.
4. I haven’t joined Partners yet. How do I register?

To get started, visit https://partners.kuonitumlare.com and sign up using the main email address you use to communicate with Kuoni Tumlare. Once registered, you'll receive an email invitation to set up your supplier account. 

If your email address isn’t recognised, please contact your Kuoni Tumlare representative.

5. Does the Partners portal cost anything to use?
No. Partners is completely free for Kuoni Tumlare suppliers.
6. The name, contact number, or email in my profile is incorrect. How do I update it?
Please contact your Kuoni Tumlare representative with your updated contact details, and they will make the necessary changes.
7. I can't find a booking in Partners.
Partners for Suppliers displays confirmed and historical bookings for group tours. If a booking has been cancelled or rejected, it will no longer appear in your dashboard.

To search for historical tours, use the reference search or date selector under ‘Upcoming Bookings.’
If you still can’t find a confirmed or completed booking, contact partners@kuonitumlare.com with the booking reference number.
 

8. I have feedback or suggestions about the Partners portal. Who should I contact?
We'd love to hear your thoughts! Partners is continually improved based on user feedback. Please share your suggestions with us at partners@kuonitumlare.com.
9. I have a question about a booking. Who should I contact?
You can ask questions directly within the app by selecting ‘Write to Us’ under the ‘Your Actions’ section in an open booking. Your message will be sent to the Kuoni Tumlare representative who sent you the booking.
10. Can I sync or link Partners to my system or calendar?
Currently, Partners is designed exclusively for managing group bookings with Kuoni Tumlare. While it doesn’t sync with third-party calendars, the app provides a convenient dashboard of all your new, upcoming, and historical bookings, making it easy to cross-check and manage your schedules.
