Here you can find answers to your questions regarding Partners web app. In case you don’t find your answer here, you can contact us for more information.

Please enter the main email address that you use to communicate with Kuoni Tumlare (it’s the same one that booking requests are sent to) or that you used to register.

Please check your email inbox for an invitation email, where you can create your password. It may be in your junk/spam folder.

If you do not have an email/invite or would like an alternative account created, please contact your Kuoni Tumlare representative.

If you have previously registered and successfully signed in to Partners, please contact technical support at partners@kuonitumlare.com.

To get started with Partners for Suppliers please go to https://partners.kuonitumlare.com to sign-up. Use the main email address that you use to communicate with Kuoni Tumlare. It’s the same address where you receive booking requests. Once registered, you'll be invited by email to set up your supplier account. If we do not recognise your email address, please contact your Kuoni Tumlare representative.

No. Partners is completely free to use for suppliers of Kuoni Tumlare.

Please contact your Kuoni Tumlare representative and provide them with your updated contact details.

Partners for Suppliers shows confirmed and historic business with Kuoni Tumlare for its group tours. If a booking is cancelled or you rejected it, the booking will be removed from your view.

Use the reference search or date selector under your 'Upcoming bookings' to search for historical tours.

If you do have a confirmed or completed group tour booking that cannot be found, please contact partners@kuonitumlare.com with the booking reference number.

You can ask questions by selecting 'Write to us' under the 'Your actions' section in an open booking. It will be sent to the Kuoni Tumlare representative that sent you the booking.

Partners portal is only available to manage your group bookings with Kuoni Tumlare. Currently, there isn’t the option to sync with any third-party calendars, therefore, you’d have to manage this within your systems.

Partners does provide a convenient dashboard of all your new, upcoming and historical bookings, so it should be easier for you to cross-check the bookings with us.
