National movement

No restrictions on internal movement. Distance 1.5 meters. Masks are mandatory in all indoor public spaces.

Cross-borders

OPEN as of Monday 22.06. Residents from the following countries can enter Montenegro with a negative PCR test no more than 48 hours old: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Turkey, Israel, Poland, Romania, Italy and Ukraine.

Airports

OPEN for domestic & international flights. Masks required.

Public Transport

OPEN - masks are mandatory and gloves are recommended.

Taxi

OPEN - gloves & masks are mandatory for drivers, masks mandatory for passengers, max. 3 pax per taxi.

Coaches

Available upon request but measures still to be finalized.

Rail / Cable Cars

Local rail lines operate while international lines are still closed. Masks are mandatory.

Shops

Open, masks are mandatory.

Restaurants

Open with new measures (1.5-meter distance between tables). Masks are mandatory.

Hotels

Hotels started reopening and operating at the end of May 2020, some with reduced capacity. Some hotels will open gradually at a later stage. Social distancing required. Regular sanitation in place. Hotels are respecting H&S Measures declared by local Government. Measures vary for each hotel according to capacity & category, for an undefined period.
