Overview

The state of Emergency came to an end on 18 May. As of 19 June, the government has decided to replace the 2+2 rule with a requirement for people to disperse. Wearing masks is not mandatory.

National movement

No restrictions within Estonia. 

Cross-borders

Travelling to Estonia is possible for the following persons:
- Citizens and residents of the European Union, the Schengen area, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino and Vatican, and individuals with a long-stay visa and their family members if they show no symptoms.
- Residents of Australia, Canada, Georgia, Japan, New Zealand, Rwanda, South Korea, Thailand, Tunisia and Uruguay, if they show no symptoms.
As of August 7th, a 2-week restriction on freedom of movement will apply to people arriving from the following EU countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Iceland, Monaco, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. (list valid until 16.08 ).
The Foreign Ministry strongly advises against travel, except for European countries where the rate of infection is below 16 per 100,000 inhabitants in the past 14 days, and which do not entail the mandatory self-isolation on your return to Estonia.

Coaches

Events

Note: at a public event organized indoors, the occupancy of the venue can be up to 50% of its capacity. 

As of July 15, it is permitted to hold both indoor and outdoor events with spectators. A 50% capacity rule must be observed indoors (but no more than 1500 persons), and outdoors no more than 2000 persons.
