Hotels, restaurants and public transport are open.

Borders are starting to open for more citizens – no quarantine required.

Airports open.

No restrictions, masks are mandatory in public transportation & gloves are recommended but not mandatory.

National movement

Cross-borders

All EU/EEA members (including United Kingdom, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Andora, Monaco, San Marino and Vatican) are allowed to enter Croatia with no restrictions. There is a recommendation for all passengers to fill out an ENTERCROATIA form for a quicker border crossing. Third countries residents have to undergo a 14 day quarantine with medical supervision.

Airports

Zagreb Airport: open for domestic and international flights: Paris, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Zurich, Munchen, Sarajevo, London, Dublin, Rome, Vienna, Dubrovnik

Split Airport: open for domestic and international flights: Frankfurt, Prague, Duesseldorf, Stuttgart, Rome, London, Warsaw, Paris, Brussels, Luxembourg.

Dubrovnik Airport: open for domestic and international flights: Paris, Brussels, Luxemburg, Frankfurt.

Pula & Zadar Airport: open for domestic and international flights: Vienna, Brussels, Berlin, Koln, Milan, London, Frankfurt.

Prevention measures: the passengers must wear a mask and keep the social distance

Public Transport

Open – masks are mandatory & gloves are recommended.

Taxi

Operating normally, masks are mandatory & gloves are recommended but not obligatory.

Guides / Assistants

Available on request and respecting new measures (temperature check, social distance 1.5 m).

Coaches

Available on request with reduced seat capacity due to new sanitary measures. Masks are mandatory & gloves are recommended but not mandatory. Two seats per pax, family members can sit together. Coach disinfection takes place on a daily basis.

Rail / Cable Cars

Rails are open with reduced seat capacity due to new sanitary measures.

Dubrovnik cable car is open with new measures from 22nd JUN 2020.

Limited cabin capacity: 8 pax per cabin; for groups up to max 25 pax per cabin.

Temperature check for all passengers at entrance, masks available for all passengers as well as gloves (both not mandatory). Hand & shoe sanitizer stations installed.

Hand disinfections upon entrance to the cabins, distance markers on the floor. Masks and gloves for staff mandatory as well as temperature checks.

Shops

Opened with new measures. Masks & gloves recommended but not obligatory.

Restaurants

Restaurants are open with the regulation of a 1.5m distance between tables and respecting H&S Measures declared by local Government.

Masks & gloves not obligatory for clients but recommended for staff.

Hotels

Hotels started opening and operating as of May 11th 2020, some with reduced capacity. Some hotels will open gradually at a later stage depending on demand. Social distancing required. Regular sanitation in place. Hotels are respecting H&S Measures declared by local Government. Measures vary for each hotel according to capacity & category, for an undefined period.

Attractions

National parks are open, other attractions are opening and most likely all attractions will be open by the end of JULY.

Zagreb: The Cathedral of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary & St Mark’s Church - closed until further notice due to earthquake damage.

Events

All organizers of gatherings attended by more than a hundred participants must fulfill specific measures. Organizers who expect more than a hundred participants at a gathering are obliged to submit a notification to the 112 County Center no later than 48 hours before the planned start.
